The GymSpot Story
GymSpot didn't start in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It started at the University of Tennessee, built by a student who considered the gym their second home.
Like many dedicated lifters, the frustration of coordinating workouts was real. Texting back and forth to figure out who was hitting what muscle group, trying to sync up schedules, and attempting to share complex workout routines usually ended up in a confusing mess of Notes app screenshots.
There had to be a better way to go to the gym together, but still do your own focused workouts—or easily copy a friend's routine when you wanted to switch things up.
That's how GymSpot was born. Created by Brody Gifford, the app was designed from the ground up to solve the exact problems real lifters face every day. It cuts out the noise and focuses on what actually matters when you step onto the gym floor.
It's more than just a digital notebook; it's a way to keep your friends accountable, share your progress, and never miss a scheduled lift.
Built for lifters, by a lifter. Welcome to GymSpot.
