1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using GymSpot, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the app.

2. Medical & Fitness Disclaimer

GymSpot is designed to help you track workouts and connect with friends. We do not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program. You acknowledge that participating in fitness activities involves inherent risks, and you assume all risk of injury. GymSpot is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our platform or the workout plans shared within it.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct

GymSpot allows users to post content, including photos, workout logs, and text. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

• You may not post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, violent, explicit, or sexually suggestive.
• You may not use the app to spam, scam, or solicit other users.
• GymSpot provides in-app tools to Report inappropriate content and Block abusive users.
• We reserve the right to review reports and permanently ban any user who violates these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Premium Subscriptions (Apple App Store)

GymSpot offers an optional Premium subscription ("GymSpot Premium") available on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms required by Apple:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original subscription price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• All purchases are final, and refunds are managed entirely by Apple according to their policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, branding, and functionality of the GymSpot app are owned by GymSpot and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant us a license to display it within the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
